What can I shop for here?
Algorionix sells monitor and laptop stands, cable management and charging accessories, organizers, desk pads, wrist rests and compact shelves. Each product page gives the specific item, options and included quantity.
Do you make the products?
We are an independent online retailer. A product page must expressly say so before you should infer any manufacturing role or affiliation with a third-party brand.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international, U.S. territory or APO/FPO delivery. Ask us about a PO Box before ordering so we can check service for the exact address and item. See Shipping Policy.
Is Standard shipping free?
Yes, for eligible U.S. addresses there is no minimum order and no Standard shipping charge. The final order total is shown before submission.
When will my order be prepared?
Estimated processing is 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit after shipment is 2–4 business days, making the estimated order-to-delivery total 3–6 business days. These are estimates, including for Alaska and Hawaii, and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Will I receive tracking?
We email shipment and tracking information when available. A carrier's first scan may take time to appear. Contact us if tracking stops moving or a delivered parcel cannot be located.
Can I change an address or cancel?
Contact us promptly with the order number. We can review an unshipped order, but cannot promise interception after shipment. An approved cancellation before shipment receives a prompt refund to the original payment method; no return inspection is required.
What can I return?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change of mind, the item must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by its supplied accessories. Damage, defects, wrong items, missing pieces and material differences from the description are reviewed separately; mandatory consumer rights remain available. See Refund Policy.
How do I begin a return?
Email support@algorionix.com with the order number, item and reason. We will review it and send the correct instructions and destination. The mailing address below is not an automatic return address.
Do I pay return postage?
No. For an approved eligible return, Algorionix provides a prepaid return label and covers that return shipping. Contact us before buying another service if the provided label cannot be used.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee applies to an approved eligible return.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, return the original item and place a separate order for a different size or item; availability and price of the new order may differ.
When will a refund reach me?
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An approved unshipped cancellation is refunded promptly without waiting for an item inspection.
What if something arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete?
Tell us the order number and what happened. Photos of the item, packaging and shipping label help when reasonably available. We will review the issue and arrange the applicable remedy; do not assume the normal change-of-mind condition rule removes your rights.
Which payment methods are available?
Only a method actually presented for your order at checkout can be used. Shopify Payments is not currently activated in store settings, so we do not claim that payment collection is ready. The icons in the footer are display artwork, not proof that a method is enabled. See Payment Information.
How do I manage advertising cookies?
Use the actual controls available on the site, your browser settings and Your Privacy Choices. Our Privacy Policy explains possible categories of technology. It does not state that unverified advertising or analytics tools are running, and reading the policy is not consent.
How do I request access to or deletion of my data?
Use Your Privacy Choices or email support@algorionix.com. Applicable rights and identity verification depend on your request and the law that applies. Our Privacy Policy explains the process and appeals.
How can I reach a person about my order?
Use Contact, email support@algorionix.com or call +1 (703) 904-8907. Include the order number when relevant, but never send complete card numbers, CVV, passwords or one-time codes.

How should I compare desk accessories?
Measure the area where the item will sit and the device it will support or connect to. Review the listing's dimensions, included pieces, attachment method and stated compatibility. Approximate measurements and estimated materials are identified as estimates; they do not establish a load rating or exact fit.
Are the other objects in a photo included?
Only the items expressly stated in the product listing are included. Screens, laptops, cables and desk décor may appear to show scale or use.
