Quick shipping facts
Standard shipping is free for eligible addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, with no order minimum. We estimate 1–2 business days to process an order, 2–4 business days in transit after shipment and 3–6 business days in total. These are estimates, not promises of a delivery date.
Service area and address limits
Our current delivery area includes Alaska and Hawaii as well as the other 48 states and DC. We do not offer international shipping, delivery to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military delivery. A PO Box may require a service check for the item and location; ask us before placing that order. The carrier for an order is identified when its delivery service is arranged. We do not promise a particular carrier before then.
The charge you will see
Eligible Standard shipping carries no charge and no minimum purchase requirement. Review your address, items, discounts, tax and complete total before placing an order. If the destination cannot be served, contact us instead of assuming that a displayed illustration or product listing expands the delivery area.
From order to doorstep
Processing is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 2–4 business days. The combined estimate is 3–6 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays; weekends are not counted. Carrier events, weather, incorrect addresses and other disruptions can change an estimate. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, including for Alaska and Hawaii.
Tracking and delivery problems
We send a shipment notice and tracking information when available. A tracking number may appear before the first carrier scan. If progress stops, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, contact support@algorionix.com with the order number. We will review the shipment and any applicable Refund Policy remedy. A carrier scan does not waive rights you have under law.
Changes, cancellation and delay
Check the full destination before submission and contact us quickly about an unshipped change or cancellation. Once an item has shipped, an address change or interception may not be possible. If we cannot ship within the expected time, we will notify you of a revised time and offer the choice to accept it or cancel for a prompt refund. We do not treat silence as indefinite consent where the law requires an affirmative choice. An approved unshipped cancellation is refunded to the original payment method without a return or inspection.
