Return and refund summary
Begin a return request within 30 calendar days after delivery. We supply a prepaid label for an approved eligible return and charge no restocking fee. We do not arrange exchanges. The refund goes back to the original payment method after receipt and inspection; your bank or provider controls when the credit appears.
Eligibility and item condition
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused and undamaged, with all included accessories. Keep packaging if possible so the item is protected in transit. A defect, shipping damage, wrong item, missing component or material mismatch with the description is reviewed on its facts; the change-of-mind condition rule does not remove a legal remedy for those issues.
Start with our support team
Email support@algorionix.com with the order number, the item and the reason for the request. For a stand, cable accessory or other workspace item, describe the issue and include a photograph when reasonably available. We will confirm eligibility, the return destination and packing instructions. Do not mail an item to our correspondence address or another address without instructions.
Return postage and fees
Algorionix pays the shipping for approved eligible returns and provides a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. Use the supplied label or speak with us before paying for a different return service; an unapproved charge is not automatically reimbursable.
Damage, wrong goods and missing pieces
Tell us as soon as you discover a problem. Photographs of the product, parcel and label can help us investigate, but their absence does not automatically remove a mandatory right. We will review a defect, damage, wrong shipment, missing piece or significant difference from the listing and explain the appropriate remedy, including a return and refund when eligible. If keeping a damaged item could be unsafe, tell us before attempting to pack it.
Refund timing
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. We will notify you when the refund is initiated. The amount includes the approved item and any amount required by law; free Standard shipping leaves no outbound Standard shipping charge to deduct. Contact us if a credit has not appeared after your provider's usual posting time.
Before shipment, or if you want another item
Ask promptly if you need to cancel an unshipped order. An approved pre-shipment cancellation receives a prompt original-method refund; the receipt-and-inspection period above does not apply because no item is returned. Once shipped, use the return process. We do not provide exchanges. You may place a separate new order for another item, subject to its current price and availability.
