The store and these terms
Algorionix offers a retail storefront for workspace stands, cable and charging accessories, desk organizers, comfort accessories and small shelves. These terms apply to use of the site and orders through it. Read the specific listing and our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Information and Privacy Policy. Use the site lawfully, give accurate information and purchase only when you have the legal capacity or proper authorization to do so. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
Product descriptions and fit
The listing, selected option and stated included quantity define what is offered. Screens, laptops, cords or décor shown to illustrate a stand or organizer may be props. Compare the stated width, depth, clearance, material and attachment details with your equipment. Where identified as approximate or estimated, a dimension or material description is not a manufacturer measurement or verified composition. Colors can differ by display. We do not promise an unstated fit, load capacity, certification, safety performance or compatibility. Ask us before ordering if any of these is critical.
Prices, stock and order acceptance
Prices are in USD and may change for future orders. Applicable tax, eligible free Standard shipping, discounts and the complete order total are presented before submission. A received-order acknowledgment is not unconditional acceptance or proof of completed payment. If a material listing, stock or pricing error is found, we will explain it and offer a lawful correction, consent or cancellation and refund path. We will not unlawfully increase an accepted charge.
Payment and secure use
Use only a payment method actually offered for your order at checkout. Shopify Payments is not currently activated in store settings, so payment collection has not been verified as available. We may carry out lawful fraud checks and request reasonable verification through a secure channel, or decline or cancel an order when verification fails. We never ask for full card details or a one-time code by email. Current catalog purchases are one-time, with no automatic renewal. Payment Information explains authorizations, declines and possible duplicates.
Delivery, changes and returns
Free Standard shipping serves eligible addresses in all 50 states and Washington, DC. Estimated processing is 1–2 business days; estimated transit after shipment is 2–4 business days; the combined estimate is 3–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays, and arrival dates are not guaranteed. If shipment is delayed beyond the expected time, we will notify you and let you accept the revised time or cancel for a prompt refund. Contact us promptly about an unshipped order change. An eligible return is requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, undamaged and include accessories; damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete items receive appropriate review. We provide a prepaid label for an approved eligible return, charge no restocking fee and offer no exchanges.
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. An approved unshipped cancellation is refunded promptly without a returned-item inspection. The Refund Policy supplies the full procedure.
Ownership and respectful use
Our own site presentation and branding, and any third-party content or marks, are protected by their respective rights. Algorionix is an independent retailer and does not claim to manufacture or be endorsed by a third-party brand unless a listing expressly and supportably says so. Do not copy protected material without permission, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code or use it for fraud. We may restrict unlawful misuse while honoring existing-order obligations. Shopify, payment and map providers may have separate terms; a link to another service does not make that provider the seller of our goods.
Messages, service availability and legal rights
Share only information you may lawfully provide. Support correspondence is handled under our Privacy Policy; we do not require a customer to give up privacy or intellectual property rights to ask a question. We may choose whether to publish unsolicited reviews or ideas. We work to keep information and service available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Any limitation or disclaimer applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not remove non-waivable remedies, including applicable rights concerning defective goods or fraud. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the lawful remainder can continue. Mandatory federal and state consumer laws apply where required. Future terms changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or unlawfully alter an accepted order.
